1. Initial consultation

We will start by discussing your vision, needs and space options. The first non-binding consultation is free – it is used to get to know each other and find out how I can best help your home. We can meet in person or online.

2. Choice of service scope

Based on the initial meeting, we will clarify the depth of processing that best suits your intention. Each project has different demands on detail, so

We will determine the scope of work (from the study to the technical documentation) right from the beginning.

3. Background and analysis of the space

For new buildings: I will need project documentation from you (floor plans, sections), based on which I will create an accurate digital model.

For renovations: I will conduct a personal survey and analysis of the current condition directly on site to capture all the technical details.

4. Design and debugging

I create a design that I consult with you on an ongoing basis. I incorporate your comments and together we fine-tune the materials and layout so that the result fully matches your ideas about your future home.

5. Submission of final documentation

You will receive complete documentation - from layout drawings to visualizations to technical specifications for craftsmen, depending on the package you choose.
