General terms and conditions
Below you will find an overview of the terms of cooperation and provision of TREF Interior services.
1. Introductory provisions
These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "GTC") govern the rights and obligations between the service provider -

(hereinafter referred to as the "Provider")
and the client (hereinafter referred to as the "Customer") in the field of interior design, visualization and related services.
2. Subject of the service
The provider offers services in the field of interior design, in particular:
design of interior and layout solutions,
photorealistic visualizations,
consultation and advice,
preparation of documents for implementation.
The scope of services is always determined individually according to the agreement with the customer, via email or by contract.
3. Price and payment terms
The price of services is negotiated individually according to the scope of work and is communicated to the customer before the start of cooperation.
Payment is made by transfer to the Provider's account or in another agreed form.
The provider is entitled to request a deposit before starting work.
The remaining part of the price is due after the design or visualization is submitted.
4. Delivery times
The delivery date for the design or service is determined after the order is approved.
Changes or extensions of the deadline are possible by mutual agreement, especially in the case of an extension of the assignment or late delivery of documents from the customer.
5. Design modifications
The customer is entitled to minor modifications to the design within the scope of the agreement.
Major changes or revisions to the design may be charged according to the current price list.
6. Copyright
All designs, visualizations, moodboards and materials created by the Provider are copyrighted works within the meaning of copyright law.
Without the written consent of the Provider, these materials may not be distributed, modified or used for purposes other than those for which they were created.
7. Withdrawal from cooperation
The customer can terminate the cooperation at any time, but the deposit paid is not refundable if work on the project has already begun.
In the event of cancellation of the order after submission of the proposal, it is not possible to request a refund.
8. Responsibility
The Provider is not responsible for the implementation of construction or installation work carried out by third parties, nor for changes that occur beyond its influence.
The provider guarantees that the designs correspond to the agreed specifications and are created with professional care.
9. Protection of personal data
Customer personal data is processed solely for the purposes of communication, invoicing and providing services in accordance with the GDPR.

10. Final provisions
These GTC come into effect on the date of publication on the website www.trefinterier.cz
